I find it disgusting having to pay £9.20 in total for delivery and return costs when I didn’t have any of the items I ordered and couldn’t take them back to the shop, I have used plenty of other on line companies for shopping through the pandemic and received free postage. Therefore it will put me off shopping on line with House of Fraser on line in the future.
