ordered a fair bit of clothes from the store, delivery company stole my parcel and and claimed it was lost. If I receive the order eventually I might be more positive, however the customer service is less than satisfactory and the staff need better training. Whilst polite they don't seem to have the necessary information to help customers which indicates poor management. The staff need better training and the company needs to review its relationship with its courier service who are notorious for stealing parcels.
