I purchased a Kilian Love don’t be shy refill kit. I received a confirmation email and delivery email. But when I received my £120 perfume, it wasn’t the one pictured on the website. It was just a refill bottle. No atomiser, no funnel and no extraction tool. I spoke to customer services and they said they can send me a returns label and a full refund. However the perfume was a gift for my mums birthday the following day so I had to take it. I’ve since found out that House of Fraser are known for falsely advertising items with old stock pictures and claiming no responsibility when confronted. I won’t be shopping there again.
