Ordered items that changed to different sizes than ordered during order confirmation so had to return a couple of items. Repurchased those in the correct spec so they didn't sell out & when they arrived one item was open and absolutely reaked of cigarettes.
Took 3 days to get a response about the issue and in each case paid for returns.
Really not what I expected and I generally don't make a habit of returning items.
