I think the range is wide and impressive. I am disappointed that there is a charge for delivery, when so many other websites and companies over free delivery. I also think that there is no facility to talk to someone about personalised query. On trying recently to ascertain if my birthday discount had been applied, I went round in circles, as the automated options did not align with my particular query.
