I’ve found House of Fraser fantastic and purchased a good few birthday presents for my family. The clothes were designer brands at hugely discounted prices and did not disappoint. I do wish there was more communication regarding delivery as on each occasion had no prior warning and even when placed on the doorstep they didn’t ring the doorbell.
