I am completely disgusted with the service I have received. I ordered some Hugo Boss shoes, received one shoe, have now been trying to send it back, have asked 4 different advisors to send me a return label but for some reason they never do, problems with email apparently. Yet I have received this email asking for a review, while I am still waiting for my return label!!!
