Ordered a large order of branded items for my husband, on to find when getting to checkout that you have to pay for delivery. Disappointing considering the amount I spent. And returns are not free unless items are faulty. That’s ridiculous. Even more so during COVID. Also when my order arrived the boxes inside were damaged, my order should have been packed in a box, bot a bag. I worked in HoF and I recall it being high on customer service. Shame I didn’t feel I got that.
