I was shocked and appalled and shall never buy from House of Fraser again!! I made a £153 purchase and I still had to pay £4.99 for delivery.
Later on I found out that one of the pieces I had bought was not eligible for returns. Even if I can understand that, it would have been nice to know in advance.
Lastly, as I considered returning one of the purchases, I discovered that after paying £4.99 for delivery that didn't include a free return label! I would have had to return the item at my own expense. Shocking and ridiculous policy! Never again!
