HOF40000066092040 If I could leave 0 stars I most definitely would! I purchased two items from House of Fraser. One item was inside it's packaging however the other item was not and was stolen. I contacted House of Fraser and they dismissed my case with absolutely no proof that my item was actually inside its packaging when delivered to me. I have emailed them on numerous occasions to appeal the decision however no one is getting back to me. They have absolutely poor customer service. There is no contact number to directly speak to someone. It has been a very distressing time for me as I am a mother of a newborn baby and have expressed this to House of Fraser that I am already stressed and this is causing me further stress. If they do not get back to me then I will be left with no choice but to contact trading standards and take matters further.
