House of Fraser has lots of product and choice and they deliver very quickly but even when you order so much stuff they charge for delivery. And if you say that’s okay at least returns should be free as you have to return items which does not fit you well. But the worst part is you have to return items on your expense so I don’t think I am going to order anything next time from HOF until they change their return policy at least.
