Ordered 2 jackets which weren’t available in local store. Think its ridiculous having to pay £4.99 delivery whether I picked up at store or sent to home address! Delivery was very quick but couldn’t believe I had to pay for returns!! Absolutely disgraceful customer service -basically cost me nearly £10 to try something on.
