The new Fraser customer service is excellent. We returned boots which were too small and we saw Christine and Arron who did everything and more to sort it. We would recommend this store to everyone as the staff are definitely customer friendly and helpful. They are polite and respectful. This was in Wolverhampton store on mon 17th May. We would like to thank Christine and Aaron and we will be doing all our shopping in Fraser. Many Thanks for resorting our faith in shopping.
