House of fraser itself sells quality items and deals with queries very well. The reason for my 3 stars is unfortunately because of the delivery company they choose to use. My expensive purchases were gifts and came totally battered to the point I had to return them and ask for exchanges (what a Pain!) I'm still waiting for the new items so fingers crossed they get to me in the new state you'd expect!
