HOF40000066821248 This is a mixed review, for both customer services (bad, 1 star) and quality of items (good, 5 stars). I ordered a dressing gown for a fathers day gift. The Hermes courier claimed twice to attempt delivery when he did not ring the bell- a source of ongoing complaints as it has now happened umpteen times, he has even admitted to us not having attempted the deliveries for this order, but now just doesn't bother delivering any of our parcels, since we asked why he is doing this. You cannot contact Hermes customer service and in a state of stress I contacted H of F customer services and asked them to do something to contact Herrmes and ensure we got tha package before Fathers Day (I ordered in good time, but the non- deliveries were a problem) . H of F told me there was nothing they could do. NOTHING. I got really upset eventually. It was so dismissive and rude, the agent told me they get their information from Hermes not the customer, and Hermes told them I was out- so they believed I was out. This was unacceptably rude. I have a long standing issue with Hermes doing this, which now has blown up due to other non delivered items recently. Three of us live here and we wait for our deliveries. He does not try to deliver. After many angry messages to H of F I finally got an apology and gave up. The dressing gown came on the third day, and was gorgeous, which did help as it was also on sale, great value. Hence 3 stars not 1. I have had the same issues with Hermes when buying from M&S recently. M&S contacted hermes on my behalf and got them to contact me. They refunded the postage and in one case they also refunded items. They even gave me a voucher- twice. All this was super generous given all I might have asked for was that they contact Hermes and maybe refund postage. Maybe most important, they were usually so polite it defused my upset, and this was not the case most of the time with H of F. I will avoid buying from H of F online now. The Westfield store is a 7 minute walk. However due to chronic ill health I don't often shop in store. HOF40000066821248
