Armani suitcase bought as a Christmas present for my son. Handle completely snapped on only its second use, due to lockdown not been travelling much.
HOF stance is that's its past 3months from purchase date so they will do NOTHING to assist unless I to pay a company to test it and to write a letter headed report that its a manufacturing fault and pay to return it to them also. At which point IF they deem the report from a worthy enough testing company they MAY consider doing something about it. Expensive item. Piece of Tatt. Terrible customer service from HoF. Never again for Armani or HoF.
