I ordered 9 items at the end of July. 3 items arrived with a delivery note for the missing 6 items. I took the item to a store and explained the delivery note problem. They couldn't help and gave me the customer services details. I contacted them, sent photos of my evidence and was told they'd look into it.
I left it a while as I didn't want to pester HOF in this current climate. I was also I'll during this time.
When I did get back to them, I was given contradicting information about the time scale I had to complain. During the webchat, I was told my claim had been rejected and no one would help me further. I asked for phone numbers, management email but nothing worked.
I have now used resolver to try and help me. All the emails I have sent have not had a satisfactory answer. I am waiting to take it to the next stage.
HOF have given false information to me and have been rude and uninterested in my problem ( which they created by sending the wrong delivery note and not sending 6 of my items) They have my money for all 9 items and I can't even get money back for 1 of the items I did receive!!
