The item, a mens' deodorant stick, arrived damaged and un-usuable. Not surprising rally as it had been simply chucked in a carrier bag and posted.
I sent them a photo of it and asked what they would do. They offered to knock 25% off the price!! I said no and then they made me post it back even though it was clearly broken, with a chunk missing, and I had to wait until they got it back before they refunded. The whole thing took over a week. No apology, nothing to compensate me for my wasted time and travel to return it Awful I'm going to go to Amazon in future where you get good customer service.
