I made an order for three dresses, 2x 16 and a 4, an 18 was delivered instead of the 4 so I had to make another order of £105 to get the right size then a 10 came instead of the 4 so had to make YET ANOTHER ORDER. I Tried to resolve this in store and was told they can only give a credit note in store, I’m sorry, this is not what I would expect from a retail store in 2022. Following this I returned the first dress and was only given £75 instead of £105 because it was 2 for £150 even though I had to shell out another £105 TWICE to resolve the issue. I am now £30 out of pocket and after over a week of dealing with customer service am an extremely unhappy customer who
