This has been the most awful experience having paid for next day delivery for two grandsons birthdays and didn’t arrive was 5 days late. They had gone back to the country where they live. HOF kept going round in circles saying basically hard luck not our problem it was the delivery company nothing to do with us. Goods no good were already obviously sent to someone else as opened anyway. 35 emails later and each one becoming more belligerent and difficult I am still no further forward. Asked each time to escalate a complaint but seemed not to want to and basically told me there was nothing they could do. They even almost threatened me when I said I would go to my local store to question their practices.
I have shopped in this store for over 40 years but given their attitude and downright bullying behaviour trying to wear the customer down by bombarding them with various representatives telling you have no consumer rights I will never shop there again.
