I have got a very bad experience with House of Fraser. Placed an order on the 8th of January, was charged for an international express shipping, but have still not got my order, more than 1 month now. Emailed the customer support, but issue not resolved yet. I am struggling to get someone to actually take ownership to resolve my issue. the only response you get from the customer support is 'they have logged a ticket with the courier and the courier have 24 days to get back to them' meaning I have to wait for another month to know what happened to my order. I am still waiting to have an update on what happened to my order and what will happen to my money.
Very poor service from House of Fraser.
