I ordered a 3 piece bedroom furniture set via house of Fraser, 4 minutes after placing the order, I received an email saying they don't have stock of one of the items within the set, so they cancelled one of the items out of the set (but I ordered it as a set, so they should cancel the whole set!?). So I emailed them immediately asking them to cancel the whole order, as they were unable to fulfil my whole order. 5 days later, they are ignoring my request and trying to arrange for me to take delivery. Cannot get through to speak to anyone, emails are ignored, Facebook messages are only responded to but aren't actually getting anywhere as they are ignoring what I am asking them to do.
