I ordered 2 Barbour Coats using House of Fraser size guides. Coats which arrived were both a good 8 inches wider than size guide and drowned me. So I contacted House of Fraser and asked for coats of actual size to be sent in replacement. Customer Service was terrible. I was okay with having to send size details and photos of labels, but having to send repeated emails, to people who were clearly not reading what I had written in last email, was beyond frustrating. I said all along that I just wanted replacements, but they ignored that. I asked for a free returns label, that alone took 3 emails to achieve. I repeatedly said that if they were refunding that I should get the original postage fee back, they ignored that. I’ve had to chase and chase and chase. Their customer service is clearly not in the UK. It is horrendous. First time I’ve ordered from House of Fraser and will be the last. This review doesn’t do justice to how terrible their customer service is and how hard it is to return something. I ordered on 28th May and taken till 18th August to sort out a return. AVOID AVOID AVOID
