Bad company employing unprofessional person which do not treat customers well. The store manager named Tania for the store in centrale isn't enough specialised and professional in having any case regarding customer in an equality way. When there for a purchased and payment was done but their till freeze and no invoice was printed. I checked my payment and it went through but I was asked to pay again so that I can take the products I have already paid,which is ridiculous. Furthermore she simply say nothing can be done even after a spoke with my bank and showing my proof of payment which is unacceptable. The level of stupidity and lack of professionalism when someone just walk away without trying to solve a problem which is from the store. I try to voice out that I need to get the product I paid for I was ignored and she just disappeared. What is the kind of people House of Fraser is employing without proper manner how to handle customer who add value to the company.
