I do not recommend shopping at FRASERS. Terrible customer service, scamming their customers. I bought a coat for my daughter online. The coat has a manufacturing defect, the sleeve stitching is wonky inside and it is practically impossible to put hand inside. I sent the coat back and received a reply via email that the jacket does not have any manufacturing defect and I am not entitled to a reconsideration of the case. I wrote many emails and waited a very long time for a reply. In each email I was dismissed and the answer was the same - the jacket was checked and there is no manufacturing defect. I sent photos and explained that the jacket had not been checked properly because it is on inside and you cannot put your hand through . I was informed that my case had been closed. I feel cheated. The jacket is not suitable for wearing. I spent £145. How can you sell goods with manufacturing defects. How can you not check the returned goods thoroughly. This is pathetic.
I have emails that were sent to me by incompetent customer service. I am ready to publish them.
