Return a parcel using Fraser return label and we had to pay £4.99 for this and they said the parcel was not returned and they couldn’t follow this up! From my end, it said online that the parcel has been handed to the post office which I have done my part! The customer service is email based, so you get a different person every time you reply to an email. At the end, they won’t refund this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is not worth the hassle. Very disappointed!
