I nearly didn’t order from this company after reading the online reviews. I had been looking for something very specific after seeing someone wearing a suede jacket on TV, couldn’t find it anywhere else, so decided to take a chance. I’m very glad I did. The customer service was excellent. I followed their size guide and it fits perfectly. They advised when it would arrive, and that’s when it arrived. It was well packaged. It’s beautiful quality and exactly what I expected. I’m a bit of a bargain hunter and made an exception paying full price for this. So if it hadn’t been perfect, I absolutely would not be writing this review. So just goes to prove that the online reviews shouldn’t always be what makes my decision when ordering online.
