Customer service team really helpful, they tried to point out that the item that was not working was serviceable so that I could perform a service to see if that fix the issue. Unfortunately it didn’t so I had to order a replacement part. The first one was faulty and returned without a problem, then received a second replacement part and installed and it solved the issue.
