Basically the products are not fit for purpose.. it arrived at my farm in Portugal, the pallet disheveled and parts missing, the instructions are ambiguous covering various model designs and in fact had the wrong number of parts allocated to the one I purchased. We installed extra huge ground mounts, even made extra pole supports and over roof straps which proved useless as the frames are not strong enough for the cover weight. A mild wind caused the main frame to snap. Now they say we erected it wrongly even though their instructions are totally flawed and warranty denied.. Folks… walk away from this product.. we went the extra mile to make this wind safe but it’s really not good gear… lawyers will be engaged..
