Terrible company. We bought the best tent in their range on the advice given by them. The tent didn’t last five months!!! Houseoftents selling cheap products made in China, but the impression they give, is that the tents made in Germany. Refused refund and lied through their teeth. Never use this company!!! As they are based in Germany you can’t even take them to small claims court in UK. We also tried using Paypal for help, but even they refused to help us.
