I placed an order for two tents in February and received the consignment in five packages shortly afterwards. All of the packages were banded and taped up securely, so having purchased from Toolport previously I trusted that there would be no issues. On 13th June, I took the packages to the local rugby club, where I was to put them up the following day. When I opened the packages, it was immediately apparent that key parts were missing. 12 four way joints, integral to the structure of the 6x4 tent, 8 feet for the legs and 8 extension poles. Add to that, the roof supplied was for a 6x12 tent! Toolport not interested, as I hadn't had everything out of a banded and taped box in February to check it was all there. Yes, I appreciate this is in their terms and conditions, but they were not interested in the fact that such an error had been made and not even interested at looking into the problem. They don't even want back the oversized parts they sent me. Never again Toolport, never again, your quality control is shameful !!
