Their website shows a beautiful pond at Pardoe Court, Burscough, unfortunately, when I viewed the property with my mother this was nothing like the photos on their website. The pond was dirty, unkempt, overgrown and scummy. There were dirty plastic bowls on the pond edge and a pile of vegetable matter which I presume was feed for the numerous ugly black and white pet ducks they have. Certainly not a sight my mother would like out of her window.
