Every time there's an update more information is taken away. And when you make a request you have to wait almost a week before you get a response and the response is always the same thing "our specialists will look into it they'll get back to me in 72 hours". That's bull shot. Don't believe all those 5 star reviews those are made up. YOU NEVER GET ANY SOCIAL MEDIA LOGS. ITS A LIE. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO USE MSPY THEY WORK.
