If you have a problem all you can do is submit an email and wait about two or three days before they respond and when they respond they say the same automated response" I developers will look into it and get back to you in 72 hours " that's a lie they never do get back to you. And don't expect to get any information on Snapchat Facebook any social media that's all a lie. And they're refusing to give me a refund for a program that's not working. One of the other famous responses from them is usually" you don't have the current permissions open up the app and get your permissions". They have horrible customer service. There are better apps than this one out there stay away from this one. Oh yeah when they update you lose more information. They've got it rigged. They keep giving me the runaround and not giving me my refund that I requested numerous times already.
