I placed an order on 10/11/2022 for a halloween costume ($126.96).
On 10/27 (16 days later), my order has not arrived and NO TRACKING info. I contacted the company , and I was told there was an issue /shipping delay with the order and it would arrive in 7 to 12 business days (practically over 1 week after its needed for halloween).
For 16 days, no one even bother to send an email (except for their marketing emails) that an order needed by 10/31 has not even left shipment. Over 2 weeks of silence.
I asked for a cancellation and refund and they have the ordacity to say that I can only cancel an order within 24-36 hours of placing the order.
Wow! So for 16 days they said nothing about their processing issues, but suddenly they remember that they have a 24-36 hours policy for cancellation and refund?
How does companies like this still remains in business?
