Buyer beware! I ordered a travel cup for my granddaughter's birthday and it was late arriving so I chased it to find that 10 days later it had still not been produced and they were offering up excuses like seasonal pressure - in January! On live chat they said it had not yet been produced two days after it was supposed to be delivered and then it would be passed to the carrier in a couple of days. So I told them where to put it and cancelled the order. When I checked who the payment was made to it said: CÔNG TY TNHH MTV THƯƠNG MẠI ĐẠT THỊNH! I Googled it and it is a trading company in Vietnam! Another tell that they might be dodgy is that their Facebook has not been active since 2022, so do they actually exist or is it someone in a bedsit ordering goods from Vietnam? AVOID!!
