Needed a transfer belt urgently for our HP Z6200. Found this company and rang them to check they had it stock, Paul told me yes. So ordered through their website. I contacted Paul about an hour later to ask him to express the delivery and I would pay the extra. Told he couldn't as belt was in central distribution in France and would be 2/ 3days delivery that was Wednesday 27th Nov 24. My colleague contacted him today Monday 2nd Dec 24 to ask when we would receive the belt to be told by Friday 6th Dec 24. Paul is a liar and totally dishonest don't buy from this company as you can't believe anything they say. They are not a proper company, they operate from a house down a single track lane in the countryside in Devon. I doubt you could get any delivery vehicles down the lane and I doubt they have any stock in their house which is where the operate from. AVOID AVOID AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LET DOWN, LIED TO AND DISAPPOINTED LIKE US. Paul I don't expect you will like my review and as I am a genuine & honest customer
