An all round appalling agency, I’ve worked through HRGO for a well known Mail company and every single week I have to ring up and ask why my wages are incorrect that’s if they answer or return my calls at all, more often then not they ignore them and message me delay tactics to see them through to the end of office hours when they then turn off their phones and leave honest hardworking people like myself without answers and without the money we have worked so hard for, it’s not a case of the money not being there as the well known Mail company we work for use other agencies and their staff are paid on time and their wages are correct. HRGO are absolute scumbags to do this to people on the run up to Christmas!!
