Yesterday I went to the Liverpool Church Street branch to make an enquiry about my account, I had an appointment with a lady Christine Lyon and was given very good advise about issues I was ignorant about, She was very friendly and helpful and I left the bank wiser and felt more confident about going into the bank for advise in the future .Thankyou for giving me good advise .
