Called into kingsgate huddersfield 29 august. Spoke to employee called Clare who was extremely efficient and helpful. As a Premier account holder she was able to point me in the right direction. Had a complicated transfer to make and she made it so easy. Much improved service since moving from previous building. Happy atmosphere. I was also helped previously by Amanda who again was most helpful and able to help.
