Yesterday l was seen by you're adviser Sofi Iqbal and yourself in the branch.
l would just like to place on record how impressed l was by the service and care that was shown by Sofi with my loan application, which was first class.
Sofi understanding and sensitivity really helped with this matter, and really appreciated.
l always find all the staff at Huddersfield ready and willing to help, but it is so good to find an International bank that hasn't lost a personalised service.
