April 2025 A sincere and heartfelt Thank You to Alan Bunn and his colleagues in the Bishops Stortford branch of HSBC Bank. This man was totally professional and exceptionally helpful when it came to sorting out my late Mums Estate bank account and did the heavy lifting of transferring inheritance money to grandchildren. I am partially disabled with back and hip problems and Alan and Kim were so patient, flexible and understanding. People like Alan and Kim are worth their weight in gold, especially when to many banks are shutting to many branches and causing stress and frustration to technology challenged individuals like myself and the marginalised elderly generation in our society.
