I gave one star because I could not give 0 .i have been waiting for two month and given no info as to time scale .
Been miss informed a few times .emails don’t get passed on .
There are many people like me but they must pay in future .boy cot hsbc may be they would learn .hong Kong shanghai banking corporation lack of care for customers is a typical Chinese attitude .
I communicated by phone /email/live chat /letterThrough mp/in branch when I was given a non hsbc call number ,yes )surprise ).
