If I could give them a zero star I would but the lowest possible is a one. Dont be fooled by the rating of one these people have zero intertest in their clients. This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with, I have an account with them and untill now had not asked them for help due to the Covid-19. Called them this morning and they said there was nothing they could do to help me out. DONT put your money with these people your better of going to Barclays who provide a proffesional service and are always willing to work with their customers. Not even on my death bed would I recommend HSBS to anyone
