very helpful and listed to what my issue was and was able to deal with it to supply the correct springs for my car, only down side was it cost more for just front spring than it cost me for the full kit front and back of the exact same springs, only I was originally sent out from another shop the full set but the fronts were for a facelift so didn't fit so I had to buy direct and pay a lot more for the front two than I did the full set. apart from that Eibach are very helpful and sent the right springs first time without any further issues now all.fitted on the car and feels great 👍
