wells fargo customer service in all their departments is unacceptable.representatives on the phone give you the wrong information and then you are stuck paying the price for doing what they tell you to do.try to speak to someone in management and they will not let you.tell you issue will be resolved in 2 weeks and it is not.terrible service.all they want is your money.they do not care about human beings.
