Na ongeveer twee maanden heeft Realchems de door hen onjuiste verzonden bestelling aan mij alsnog rechtgezet. Dat had ik niet verwacht en had de hoop al opgegeven. In mijn beleving kan hun klantvriendelijkheid en klantenservice beter, echter na ongeveer 2 maanden de "fout" alsnog rechtzetten, laat mij zien dat ze het proberen en blijkbaar hun best doen.
