REALCHEMS: "the benefit of doubt for now" CHOICE FOR THIS STORE: PRODUCT QUALITY After having a bad experience twice with an affiliated concurrent of this store (hint: claiming it sells the 'actual' RC) concerning product quality, I decided to try this shop that's officially listed on a "certain big export company site" of RC's. That way, I was convinced I'd get quality material for doing research in lab. I did get quality material in the end for sure. 1) SHIPPING MONEY AND TIME: TOO MUCH, TOO LONG Too bad I lost quite some shipping money (more than €15...) through POSTNLTRACKED service and the delivery took almost 2 weeks while the payment was done directly by BTC and the departing point of the warehouse (no data ofc) should roughly not be more than 100, perhaps 150 km's away from my address (ánd yeah, both are located in mainland Europe, perhaps even neighbors..).... 1a) IS THAT DELIVERY TIME NORMAL? ON PAPER YES. IN MY CASE, I DON'T THINK SO Yes, ofcourse, that's within there 25 working days terms of service. Yes, ofcourse, there can be some delays during these covid times. BUT STILL, I don't think everything necessary was done, by the company or by the postal service PostNl (not the first time) to get the product shipped as it should've. 2) QUALITY= GOOD Products were tested in lab, all good. VIsible that they're an official retailer of that one big export company. 3) DISCOUNTS and CLIENT SERVICE= THE MOST POSITIVE NOTES The 15% welcome discount and the quite fast client service were very nice gestures. OVERALL_OVERALL_OVERALL_OVERALL_OVERALL_OVERALL_OVERALL_OVERALL The prices for the products are okayish but shipping can be much faster when u pay €15-20 for it. It was only 100-150km's drive I estimate. ADVICE TO OTHERS Yes, this shop should be safe to buy from. But real lurkers benefit more from other players on the market (hint: some site that sells "obscure" rc's or even a site, called after a certain profession). FINAL WORD 1 Despite the disappointing delivery time and the fact that the listed products are listed cheaper (and same quality, tested in lab) at 2 other retailers, I might come back in the future for DPD shipment perhaps if rlly necessary. FINAL WORD 2 IF U ORDER FROM THIS SITE, DON'T BOTHER PICKING POSTNLTRACKED, JUST PICK AIRMAIL. IT MIGHT EVEN BE FASTER. EVEN BETTER. IF U NEED FAST SHIPMENT AT DECENT PRICES AND DISCOUNTS, LOOK AT THE OTHER 2 RETAILERS I HINTED AT. IM SURE ULL FIND THEM.
