Rarely have I experienced this level of customer service. I laid in an order about right before covid lockdown and the letter was held up at the customs and returned to the vendor. Now, however later I contacted Realchems and asked if they could try sending it again. However the order was no longer registered in their systems but nevertheless I got a full compensation and was refunded in reward points. Very friendly and helpful on chat support they helped me lay in a new order with the reward points and sent the letter shortly after. All in all, for me, this was as good and positive experience as I've ever had with any customer service; really helpful, positive and polite. Realchems are definitely my favorite vendor and I can highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality, stable, friendly, quick, efficient and reliable vendor on the net. Truly a pleasure. However the letter has not yet arrived because I live in a sh** country at the end of the world so delivery can take a bit longer in these covid times. But in any case, it's been great.
