Long time customer. Every order was top quality up to the point i recieved a mislabeled product. The chemical molecule name didn't corresponded to the label name. i aksed question about it and didn't received any explanation. Then i finally did some research to discover that the product was bunk and didn't even correspond to both appellation. I did another order in the mean time, a different product, this one is 100% accurate and top quality. I asked for a compensation, no answer not even apologies. The customer service isn't was it used to be. It seems it get too big for the team.
